We want you to be happy with your purchase from TFT Trailers LLC. This page explains how returns and refunds work. Parts and accessories follow different rules than trailers, so please read the section that applies to you.

· Parts and accessories: 30-day returns for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

· The customer pays return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective or damaged.

· Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

· Special-order parts can't be returned.

· Trailers: all sales are final once the trailer is delivered or picked up. Manufacturer warranties still apply.

This covers items like casters, the 12-caster rebuild kit, winches, the wireless winch remote, coupler locks, winch mounts, license plate brackets, and LED lights.

Return window

· You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

· You can return an item for any reason, including if you changed your mind.

Condition

· The item must be unused and uninstalled.

· It must be in its original packaging, with all hardware, manuals, and accessories included.

· We can't accept items that show signs of installation, welding, painting, or wear.

Items that can't be returned

· Special-order items (parts we order just for you that we don't normally stock). These are marked "special order" on the product page or at the time of sale.

· Used or installed items, unless they are defective (see "Defective, wrong, or damaged items" below).

·Opened electrical items that aren't defective (such as winches, wireless winch remotes, and LED lights) have a 15% restocking fee. We never charge a restocking fee on defective or wrong items.

Return shipping

· If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you pay the return shipping.

· If we sent the wrong item, or the item is defective or damaged, we pay the return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping cost.

· Please use a trackable shipping method. We can't refund items lost in return transit if they weren't tracked.

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Call (817) 875-4164 or email allen@tfttrailers.com.

2. Tell us your name, order number, the item you're returning, and the reason.

3. We'll confirm your return and give you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us. Send us the tracking number.

· Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know if it's approved.

· Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, Google Pay, or Paze).

· Expect the refund within 5–7 business days after inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

· Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the return is because of our mistake or a defective item.

· If an item comes back used, damaged, or missing parts, we may refuse the return or give a partial refund. We'll contact you before doing that.

· Need a different part? The easiest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

· Defective or wrong items can be replaced instead of refunded. Just ask.

· Damaged in shipping: Report it within 72 hours of delivery. Email photos of the box and the item to allen@tfttrailers.com, or call (817) 875-4164. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.

· Wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll fix it at no cost to you.

· Defective item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund it, and we'll cover return shipping. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty may still apply, and we'll help you with the claim.

· You can cancel a parts order for a full refund any time before it ships. Call or email us as soon as possible.

· Once it ships, the normal return policy applies.

Because trailers are large, built to order, and inspected at handoff, different rules apply.

· All trailer sales are final once the trailer is delivered or picked up. We do not accept trailer returns or give refunds for a change of mind.

· Please inspect your trailer carefully at pickup or delivery. Tell us about any damage or problem before you sign for it and before the trailer leaves.

· Special-order trailers: Deposits on special-order trailers are non-refundable once we place the order with the factory. If you cancel before we place the factory order, we'll refund your deposit in full to your original payment method.

· In-stock trailers: If you cancel before pickup or delivery, contact us. Any refund of payments made will go back to your original payment method.

Trailer warranty

· New Sloan Kwik Load trailers come with the manufacturer's 5-year limited structural warranty.

· Axles are covered by the Dexter axle warranty.

· TFT Trailers handles warranty claims for you. Call (817) 875-4164 or email allen@tfttrailers.com with your trailer details, photos, and a description of the problem. We'll work with the manufacturer to get it resolved.

· Warranties don't cover normal wear, misuse, overloading, accidents, or improper towing, loading, or tie-downs. The full terms are in the manufacturer's warranty documents, and we can send you a copy.
